  • In order to activate your account, please mail the following scanned documents to sales.ph@via.com:

    • For Single / Sole proprietorship:

      1 DTI registration for travel related business (Ex: ABC Travel and Tours, ABC Ticketing Services, etc.)
      2 Business / Mayor's Permit 2017
      3 Certificate of Registration 2303
      4 Valid ID's of the owner (please refer below list of IDs)
      5 Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill, address must be the same with the Agency address)
      6 Notarized Contract of Lease (if Proof of Billing is not available)
      7 Office Pictures (interior and exterior)
      8 Location Sketch (on google map screenshot and handwritten sketch, from Main road to Office with identified street name and landmark)
      9 Activation Fee of 6,000 pesos (5,000 is consumable and 1,000 for Sales Kit - non refundable)
    • Please Note: We will only accept a Promissory Letter provided there is an Application form for Business Permit with Official Receipt and BIR Form 0605 with Official Receipt. Business Permit and BIR must be submitted within thirty (30) days upon activation of your account.
    • For Partnership:

      1 SEC Registration for travel related business (Ex: ABC Travel and Tours, ABC Ticketing Services, etc.)
      2 Articles of Partnership, Certified True Copy per page (complete pages)
      3 Business / Mayor's Permit 2017
      4 Certificate of Registration 2303
      5 Valid ids of each Partners (please refer below list of IDs)
      6 Special Power of Attorney (Notarized SPA) for Authorized Person if Partners are not available
      7 Valid ids of Authorized Person (please refer below list of IDs)
      8 Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill, address must be the same with the Agency address)
      9 Office Pictures (interior and exterior)
      10 Notarized Contract of Lease (if Proof of Billing is not available)
      11 Location Sketch (on google map screenshot and handwritten sketch, from Main road to Office with identified street name and landmark)

      3 Secretary Certificate for appointed secretary of Travel Agency (notarized) (Note: If GIS is available no need to provide)
      4 Valid IDs of the Secretary
      5 By Laws of Company (complete pages)
      6 Business / Mayor’s Permit 2017
      7 Certificate of Registration 2303
      8 General Information Sheet (applicable to Partnership with one year existence)
      9 Valid ids of each members (see below list of accepted IDs for Primary and Secondary)
      10 Notarized Secretary Certificate for the Authorized person
      11 Valid ids of Authorized Person (see below list of accepted IDs for Primary and Secondary)
      12 Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill with the same address in Ticketing)
      13 Notarized Contract of Lease (if Proof of Billing is not available, with the same address in Ticketing)

    We required a Travel Partners to download the following:

    * Teamviewer 12 for Portal demo of our system
    * Our team will send you an invite in Hangouts(registered GMAIL) once documents are complete
    * Strictly required a Video call with the Owner (it's either in Teamviewer 12 or Hangouts)

  • Activation fee may be sent to BDO and 7/11 KIOSK only. Send the Deposit Slip together with the other requirements.

    • Once documents are complete, kindly email at sales.ph@via.com for Activation of your account. 
    • Your account will be processed and activated only upon completion of all of the requirements. Your login ID would be your registered email address and password. You will also be invited to attend a training seminar to get you started in using the VIA Agent Portal.
