Account Executive
  • Location:: Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Caloocan, Marikina, Navotas, Valenzuela, Nueva Ecija

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating the sales retention programs designed to win back, reward, and retain existing agents in the network
  • Up-sell or cross-sell existing products and services to travel agents located in assigned sales territories
  • Ensure healthy transactions derived from assigned agents in the territory of assignment
  • Deliver and meet the business and service level needs of existing customers
  • Provide continuous product update and training to ensure system familiarization of all handled agents
  • Assist handled agents on their inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Occasionally conduct market intelligence on competitors’ activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques
  • Prepares daily/weekly reports
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field – a graduate of Tourism and Travel Management would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants may also apply.

  • Has an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with clients.
  • Experience in Sales or Travel Agency is an advantage.

Quality Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
  • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
  • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate or post graduate in any discipline and experience relevant to this area of work.
  • A minimum experience of 1-2 years in the role of Quality Analyst or relevant work experience in the industry
  • Highly knowledgeable in Airline Processes and Operations Service Delivery.
  • In depth knowledge in GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (GDS) particularly Sabre and Amadeus Systems
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills: Both verbal and written that will help you deal with internal and external parties in a professional manner, developing solutions and communicating these across the organization in an effective manner.
  • Analytical skills: Clearly identify and define issues that are being raised by the delivery unit. Undertake any required review of complaints to high professional standard. Make recommendations in relation to resolution of these issues to the management.
  • Possess self-management skills: Efficiently organize own time. Assess priorities within your own area of work. Handle routine work under supervision to minimize defects.
  • Leadership Skills: Should be a versatile self-starter . Willingness to be part of a team. Have the ability to build on relationships, internal and external. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment.

Qualifications:
  • An in-depth understanding of the B2B market in the travel industry
  • Graduate of a Bachelor/College degree in any business-related course
  • Work experience gained from a travel-related company highly preferred, but not required
  • Must be goal-oriented, self-confident and with a positive and determined approach
  • Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • High analytical and numerical skills
  • Negotiation and prospecting skills
  • Team player but can also work independently
