  • Approach all matters in a non-biased and professional manner
  • Carry out relevant research as required and requested by the Team Leader
  • Draft documentation as requested and provide input for the development of the process.
  • Aid the Team Leader in ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practice guide and SLAs are met.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a graduate of Tourism/Travel Management
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in Global Distribution System
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
