Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the sales retention programs designed to win back, reward, and retain existing agents in the network
- Up-sell or cross-sell existing products and services to travel agents located in assigned sales territories
- Ensure healthy transactions derived from assigned agents in the territory of assignment
- Deliver and meet the business and service level needs of existing customers
- Provide continuous product update and training to ensure system familiarization of all handled agents
- Assist handled agents on their inquiries, complaints and requests
- Occasionally conduct market intelligence on competitors’ activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques
- Prepares daily/weekly reports
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
